◤General Terms◥
⬩ Rush orders will incur additional fees.
⬩ Commissioned artworks are only for personal use (Please see Commercial Rights and Usage below)
⬩ The artist reserves the rights to decline a commission for whatever reason.
⬩ The artist reserves the rights to post deliverables to any social media unless discussed otherwise. (Please see Privacy fee)
⬩ Clients that have paid in full are to be prioritized.
⬩ The client understands that reproduction of any kind, under any circumstances, especially for profits and commercial use, is strictly prohibited unless the artist approves it in writing.
⬩ The artist DOES NOT and WILL NOT ALLOW use of any artwork for any blockchain-related technology such as cryptocurrency, NFTs, etc.
⬩ The artist DOES NOT and WILL NOT ALLOW use of any artwork for anything related to AI.◤Payment◥
⬩ Once full payment is made, only then will the artist start to work on the request.
⬩ Half payment is only applicable for reservations. However, client can still pay full upfront for a reservation if chose to.
⬩ Once a request is made, an invoice will be sent via Paypal.
⬩ Accepted payment methods are Paypal, GCash, or through a request via VGen.
⬩ The artist reserves all rights of any and all deliverables until full payment is made.◤Cancellation and Refunds Policy◥
⬩ No cancellations.
⬩ Refunds are only granted if the artist fails to fulfil the request for whatever reason. Only then will the artist provide partial refund, depending on the amount of work that was done on the artwork(s).
⬩ The client is not guaranteed a full refund.
⬩ No refunds will take place during the process and/or after the artwork(s) has been delivered. The client agrees not to file a chargeback after artwork(s) has been requested, during the process of creating said artwork(s), and/or after the artwork(s) is finished.
⬩ If the client fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions, the artist reserves rights to cancel the request without any refunds.◤Revisions Policy◥
⬩ The artist will only do up to three (3) revisions during progress.
⬩ Revisions after finishing the artwork will incur additional charges up to 30% of the artwork.
⬩ Major revisions will incur charges depending on the changes it needs.◤Privacy Fee◥
Should the client request part or all parts of the deliverable(s) and/or it's progress to be offline:
⬩ An additional fee of 20-50% of the overall total of the commission is required.
⬩ The artist will not publicize anything about said deliverable(s) unless discussed otherwise.◤Commercial Rights and Usage◥
⬩ Printing of the deliverable(s), outside of profit and/or merchandising, is allowed with or without credit to azureol (the Artist).
⬩ Distribution of deliverable(s) is allowed, outside of profit and/or merchandising, with credit to azureol (the Artist).
⬩ Profits and proceeds rights are not included unless discussed otherwise with the client.
⬩ The client MAY NOT alter and/or "adapt" the deliverable(s) in any way unless discussed otherwise.
⬩ Marketing using the deliverable(s) is allowed with credit to azureol (the Artist).
⬩ For basis, commercial use can cost up to 100% of the artworks final price.
⬩ Please contact the artist through email or any of the listed platforms above for further discussions.

If the client, for any reason, cannot afford to request a commission and may need the funds elsewhere at the moment or in the future, please DO NOT send in a request. (See 'Cancellation and Refunds Policy')
